Over de functie

Als medewerker op de financiële administratie ben je samen met je collega’s van financiën en control verantwoordelijk voor het actueel houden en beheersen van de financiële administratie van de diverse vennootschappen. Je speelt een actieve rol in het verwerken van de financiële gegevens en het uitvoeren van de procedures in de maandafsluiting. Naarmate je ingewerkt bent, zullen je werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden verbreden en denk je actief mee over het efficiënter maken van de processen.

Wat ga je doen

• Je bent samen met de controllers verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de financiële administratie in Exact, Synergy en Scansys.
• Het boeken van bankafschriften en alloceren van betalingen en ontvangsten.
• Het verwerken van memoriaalboekingen.
• Het zorgdragen voor de aansluiting tussen de financiële administratie en de business systemen.
• Het assisteren met de maand-, kwartaal en jaarafsluiting.
• Voorbereiden van de btw-aangiften.
• Het functioneel beheer van het tijd schrijven proces en de Exact masterdata.
• Het maken van betaalbatches en het klaarzetten van betalingen in de Rabobank.
• Ondersteunen met het verwerken en boeken van inkoopfacturen in Scansys.
• Assisteren bij diverse financiële processen en projecten.

Ervaring en karakteristieken

• Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
• Je hebt een mbo+ of hbo-diploma in financiële richting.
• Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector of bij organisaties met een structuur met diverse vennootschappen.
• Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch, zelfstandig en hebt een hands-on benadering.
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte instelling.
• Je hebt affiniteit met de missie van Invest International.
• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Ervaring met Scansys en Exact Globe is een pré.

About the role

As a member of the financial administration team, you, along with your colleagues from finance and control, will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the financial administration of divert entities. You play an active role in processing financial data and executing procedures during month-end closings. As you become more experienced, your tasks and responsibilities will broaden, and you'll actively contribute to making processes more efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with controllers to manage the financial administration in Exact, Synery, and Scansys.
• Book bank statements and allocate payments and receipts.
• Process journal entries.
• Ensure the alignment between financial administration and business systems.
•  Assist with month, quarter, and year-end closings.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• Manage functional aspects of time tracking processes and Exact master data.
• Creating payment batches and preparing payments in Rabobank.
• Support in processing and booking purchase invoices in Scansys.
• Assist in various financial processes and projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Financial degree on MBO+ or HBO level or international equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial sector or organizations with a multi-entity structure.
• Exhibits precision, analytical skills, independence, and a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Affinity with the mission of Invest International.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with Scansys and Exact Globe is a plus.
